Joy and Betrayal [Friday, #99]
Think of a time when you’ve been betrayed by someone you trusted. There are few things as painful as that.
Emotions flood in. Anger. Grief. Anger. Frustration. Anger.
I know about betrayal. It happened to me not too long ago. And I’m dealing with it. I may have suppressed some of the emotions, but I am sure they will emerge over the next few days.
Come on the journey with me. And find the solution.
KEY PASSAGE:
Matthew 18:21-22 (NIV)
Then Peter came up and said to him, "Lord, how often will my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? As many as seven times?" Jesus said to him, "I do not say to you seven times, but seventy times seven.'"
