STEP 2: When you’ve been approved into the group, please go straight to the ANNOUNCEMENT at the top of the page so you’re well-informed on how to have the best challenge experience. Then, record a live video introducing yourself to the group. Yes, I know that might feel strange, but it will help people to get to know you. Watch the other videos, too.

STEP 3: Add my email address to your contact list. You’ll be getting emails around the start time of each daily live session. I don’t want you to miss out because your junk mail folder stole my email.
